Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
